Based on your location and shipping option selected it can take from 3 to 21 days for your order to arrive, we have fulfilment centers in U.S. , UK, Europe, Canada and Australia, so worry not we will do our best

Please keep in mind that due to Covid-19 shipping can sometimes take a little longer than usual.

Return & Refund Policy
POLICY RETURN DEADLINE:
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Items with obvious signs of use:
Any item that is not in original condition, worn, washed, damaged (including but not limited to dog/cat hair, deodorant or food stains, etc.) or missing parts not due to our error, and any item returned more than 30 days after delivery will be considered a non-returnable item.
RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please use the Contact Us the top of the page and send us an email. We will reply within 48 hours of hearing from you.
SHIPPING:
To return your product please email us for instructions we will answer your email within 48 hours. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We do not refund or cover any return shipping costs. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
NOTE: International orders may be subject to additional fees, duties, or taxes incurred upon delivery. The customer is responsible for the payment of these fees, etc.
